These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Business Besties website, mobile apps, software, courses, digital products, events, and community platforms (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Community Standards

As a member of Business Besties, you agree to:

Treat all members with respect, kindness, and professionalism.

Refrain from hate speech, discrimination, bullying, or harassment of any kind.

Not promote scams, false opportunities, or misleading claims.

Protect confidential information shared within the community.

Use your real name and photo when engaging in community groups and calls.

Respect community leaders, moderators, and their decisions.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove members who violate these rules.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By joining, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Memberships and Payments

VIP Besties & Other Paid Tiers

Membership fees are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selection.

You are responsible for keeping your payment method up to date.

If your payment fails, your membership access may be paused or terminated.

Refund Policy

All digital products, memberships, and event tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Exceptions may be made at our discretion in the event of accidental duplicate purchases or platform errors.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

All content, designs, branding, courses, and materials provided by Business Besties are the intellectual property of Promise Builder and Business Besties, unless otherwise credited.

You may not:

Copy, distribute, or sell our materials.

Use our branding without permission.

Record or share private group discussions or coaching sessions without consent.

You retain ownership of any content you post in the community, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and promote that content within our platforms.

5. Code of Conduct for Events & Groups

Whether online or in-person, all Business Besties events are safe spaces. Disruptive behavior, soliciting without permission, or violating event rules will result in removal without refund.

6. Third-Party Links and Offers

We may include links to third-party websites, services, or affiliate offers. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party websites.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

We do not guarantee business results, income, or outcomes. All content is for educational and informational purposes only. You are responsible for your decisions, actions, and results.

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim any warranties, expressed or implied.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for violating our Terms or if your account is inactive for an extended period.
